MaiApp provides individual consulting in the field of leadership, collaboration and corporate culture. Experienced consultants from Maiconsulting enter into dialogue with you – and together with you they develop new solutions. They provide fresh impetus, help to reach a decision and inspiring food for thought. What is more: you can connect to all other MaiApp users and exchange ideas with them through the messenger functionality!

And we do that by tailoring the mode of dialogue to your needs. It is equally possible to satisfy the demand for an individual coaching, a peer-to-peer group coaching or a knowledge inquiry. Let us assume you are faced with an employee review meeting, with finding the appropriate tools for a good workshop design or with reflecting on a difficult team process. Instead of clicking your way through an automated process, with MaiApp there is a real person down the other end – somebody supporting you in an individual and solution oriented way.

Which options does MaiApp provide?

• You never work alone: we support people in individual as well as in group chats.
• Security: our app is a secure communication platform. The servers are located in Germany. We guarantee transport and server encryption.
• Your contacts are protected. The app doesn`t upload your contacts and all details remain on your mobile device.
• “Gone with the Wind function“: conversations will be automatically deleted after four weeks. What was written will disappear like words in a conversation. The written dialogue becomes easier, if not everything is carved in stone.
• Multimedia: send and receive pictures, documents and voice messages.
• Group dialogue: you can chose between moderated or non-moderated dialogues.
• Offline messaging: when your phone is switched off, MaiApp saves the incoming messages for you. You can read them as soon as you have a connection again.
